WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer priority mail by the USPS system in the USA:
- Standard Priority Mail
Irfanonline.com uses a reliable distribution center shipping out of California. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 4 business days from the date shipped.
ESTIMATING DELIVERY DATES:
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
DOES IRFANONLINE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to selected overseas address', upon credit card approval. Orders take 12-15 days for air mail, and 5-7 days for express mail. Please note, some large size prints can not be shipped outside the USA, this includes the hilya, and hasanat.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive upon payment.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive shortly after your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Find the USPS confirmation number in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.usps.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the U.S. Postal Service web site. PLEASE NOTE: a confirmation number is not a tracking number. It confirms when Irfanonline.com has shipped its package to you, and it confirms when your package was delivered to the address on the box. Things to keep in mind:
- We ship by USPS with no insurance. Packages that are confirmed on the USPS website by use of the confirmation number that are given the status DELIVERED will not be reimbursed or refunded due to a postal error. The recipient is responsible for packages left by your postal carrier not Irfan. We recommend you discuss the issue of the missing package with your local main postal office and mail carrier.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We understand that there may be a time when you would like to return a print or make an exchange for something different. We will accept returns to our office within 10 days, and an exchange within 20 days of your package arrival. There is a 10% restocking fee for returns, and the print must be shipped in the similar manner it was received to avoid any mishandling of the print.
